Endobronchial tube, which consists of a hollow orange plastic tube that is slanted and open at the tip with an elongated oval opening at the side; the other end splits off into two open-ended tubes with short cylindrical hollow metal inserts; the area just before the tube splits has two pilot balloons, attached by small hollow cylindrical tubes; the pilot balloons are cylindrical in shape and have short hollow cylindrical tubes with caps at the ends; the pilot balloon tubes lead down towards the tip; one tube ends just before the tip, inside an inflatable plastic cuff (now missing); the other pilot balloon tube ends 3.3 cm above this at a yellow plastic inflatable cuff.

Condition Remarks
The endobronchial tube arrived dirty and dusty; the metal parts are complete, undamaged and uncorroded; the central plastic tube is complete and undamaged; the plastic cuff nearest the tip is missing and the one above it is torn in two places; the capped tubes at the end of the tubes show cracks in the plastic; the pilot balloons also show cracks in the plastic at both ends; #2: rubber - requires special treatment.
