Bottle which contained liquid inhalation anaesthetic, isoflurane (now empty) and a safety cap with spout; (a) the bottle is made of amber glass; it is cylindrical in shape with a flat closed bottom and a cylindrical threaded neck; below the threading on the neck is a piece of purple plastic which has notches corresponding with (b) a safety cap, which is round and threaded inside; there are two notches on the side which fit the bottle notches; there is a hole in the top of the cap with a plastic tube going through it; the plastic tube has another corrugated plastic tube around it; the end of the tube has a pin index piece of plastic which will only fit into an isoflurane vaporizer.

The bottle and cap arrived with no evidence of heavy wear; the bottle seal has been broken and the contents used; the paper, glass and plastic parts are in pristine condition; #2 no new damage
