Round amber glass bottle with long cylindrical neck and a lip which is tooled, flanged, with flat toop and squared edges; there are two printed paper labels on the front and back of the bottle which list product information; one label shows the Parke, Davis & Co. factory; the bottle contains medication residue and is sealed with a partial (broken at the top) cork.
