Peritoneal dialysis cycler set and instruction sheet, which consists of (a) a cycler set made up of a rectangular-shaped closed heavy plastic bag with a long length of silastic tubing coming out from the bottom; the end of this tube splits off into two lengths of silastic tubing; one length has a cap attached to its end and a rounded yellow plastic clip that pinches the tube shut when clicked closed; the other length of tubing leads to a Y-shaped plastic join; the other half of the Y-shape has a length of silastic tubing that has a round open piece at the end, with a removable round plastic cap; this piece also has a white plastic tube clip; the bottom of the Y-shaped join has an attached length of silastic tubing that attaches to an F-shaped join piece; the other horizontal section of the F-shaped join has an attached length of silastic tubing that ends at a round plastic piece; this plastic piece has one tube at the top and 5 small lengths of silastic tubing at the bottom; all these lengths of tubing end with open round plastic attachments that have removable round caps; each of these small tubing lengths also has a white plastic tube clip; the vertical section of the F-shaped join has an attached short length of silastic tubing that ends with an open round plastic attachment with a removable round plastic cap as well as a white plastic tube clip; the cycler set arrived sealed in a plastic bag with (b) a paper sheet with printed manufacturing and use information on it.
