Cartridge dental syringe that consists of a central hollow cylindrical barrel with a slightly tapered open round tip that has threading on its inner edges; the other end of the syringe is open and round; the right and left sides of the barrel have an oval opening that runs almost the full length of the barrel; a plunger and finger grip section is attached to the barrel with two pivots near the end which allow the plunger to be moved away from the barrel; the plunger is made of a piece of solid cylindrical metal with a flat round thumb push piece on the end and a larger round piece with a threaded hole in the centre on the tip; the tip end of the plunger has a rounded hollow piece around it that has rounded finger grip pieces coming off at the right and left sides
