Cartridge dental syringe that consists of a central hollow cylindrical barrel with a tapered open round tip that has threading on its outer edges; the other end of the syringe is open and round; the right and left sides of the barrel have an elongated oval opening that runs almost the full length of the barrel; a plunger and finger grip section is attached to the barrel with two screw pivots near the end; these pivots allow the plunger to be moved away from the barrel; the plunger is made of a piece of solid cylindrical metal with a flat, round thumb push piece on the end and a flat round piece with a threaded hole in the centre on the tip; the tip end of the plunger also has a rounded hollow piece around it, which has rounded finger grip pieces coming off at the right and left sides; the plunger moves up and down within the barrel
