Dilating uterine douche, which consists of a long, narrow hollow cylindrical instrument with open ends; one end of the douche has a slightly bulbous cuff and a round, open end; the tip end of the douche is rounded; there are 13 small holes through the metal just before the tip; the bottom of the tube has two small solid cylindrical wires lined up beside each other; these wires end at the tip and start near the end of the douche; there is a screw attachment with a round handle that can be turned to push the wires out from the tube or bring them back in line with it; the douche curves up, then down, and ends with a tip that curves upwards
