Bladder and suprapubic retractor, which consists of a stainless steel instrument with a solid, square metal bar onto which are attached two flattened arm pieces that curve outwards; the left arm piece is fixed to the bar, while the right arm piece can slide along the bar; a wing nut on the bar keeps the arm pieces from touching each other; a round screw at the bottom of the right arm can be tightened to hold the arm at a fixed spot on the bar; there is a round screw attachment at the right end of the bar; there is a flat blade at the end of each arm; the blades both curve inwards, then stright again; there are slots cut into the blades at the curved area; the blades are attached to the arms with a screw and can swivel 360 degrees.
