Wooden patient examining table, which consists of a flat-topped rectangular table with a squared leg at each corner and round rolling casters at both upper legs; the table has adjustable wooden rectangular-shaped flat pieces at the top and bottom of the table; flat, curved pieces of metal with six notches cut into them allow the pieces to be raised, lowered or folded flat against the ends of the table; all sides of the table have flat wooden support pieces; the bottom of the table has a metal stirrup at both the right and left sides; the stirrups slide out for patient use or in against the end when not being used.

The right side of the table has an attached label which reads, "THE J. F. HARTZ CO LIMITED // SICK ROOM SUPPLIES // TORONTO & MONTREAL"; the lower adjustment piece has "[a triangle] NO 3 HARTZ" stamped into the metal
