A lemon-shaped rubber bulb, with a bumpy texture on the outside, that is oval with tapered ends; the body of the rubber bulb is slightly deflated, resulting in a lumpy appearance; one end has a round metal piece with a hole in the centre, set into the rubber; the other end of the bulb has an attached air flow control; the air flow control consists of a short section of hollow cylindrical metal, one end of which is attached to the rubber bulb; the other end of the air flow control has an end that flares outwards and then tapers inwards to an open end with four square indentations that prevent a loose steel ball, positioned on the interior of the opening to control air flow, from falling out of the bulb.
