X-ray exposure holder, which consists of two pieces of cardboard attached together at the top with a cloth strip and reinforced at the bottom with cloth strips; the top and bottom cardboard pieces are held together with a moveable metal clip; the inside of the bottom piece of cardboard has a folded piece of yellow and black paper which holds a sheet of film.
The x-ray exposure holder was dusty; there are several minor marks on the outside cardboard covers as well as tape marks; the inside paper has some staining; the film has pin holes in all four corners; the cloth strips show wear at the edges
