Softball trophy, which consists of a silver-plated hollow cylindrical metal trophy, formed into a vase-shaped cup with a round, open top and a closed, tapered bottom that flares out again to form a round pedestal; there are two loop handles attached at the right and left sides of the trophy (one each side); these handles are rounded at the top and curve outwards, then back in, to attach at the centre section of the trophy; the pedestal of the trophy is attached to a cylindrical wooden base that is round and flares slightly outwards at its base; there are three small engraved silver-plated crest-shaped metal plaques attached to the front of the wooden base.

ABRAMSKY & SONS LTD ["TD" superscr.] // SOFT BALL // TROPHY" engraved in the metal; the three metal plaques attached to the wooden base of the trophy read, "CHAMPIONS // 1934 // ONTARIO HOSPITAL", "CHAMPIONS // 1935 // ONTARIO HOSPITAL" and "CHAMPIONS // 1936 // ONTARIO HOSPITAL"
