Bedclothes cradle, which consists of two long, cylindrical metal bars (a) and (b), each formed into a closed triangular foot at one end, and attached to a twisted, V-shaped bar at the other, and two curved cylindrical rods (c) and (d) bent to form an open squared arch shape; the ends of (a) and (b) nearest the V-shaped attachment have a round hole, revealing that those components are partially hollow; the V-shaped attachment can be moved back and forth; rods (c) and (d) are solid; the bedclothes cradle is assembled by standing bars (a) and (b) up, with the closed triangular foot acting as the base, on either side of the patient's bed; the V-shaped attachments face inwards, towards the patient; the ends of either rods (c) or (d) would then be inserted into the round opening at the top ends of bars (a) and (b); this places the arch formed by rod (c) or (d) over the patient in a tent-like formation.
