Wax ulnar component model, which consists of a single piece of solid wax cast into the size and shape of the proximal end of a human ulnar bone; the model has a flat, rectangular piece bent into an upward semicircular curve; there are two small, hollow cylindrical lugs on the bottom of the curved bend, one that is the same width as the band, while the other is half the width; the lugs are on the bottom right and left sides.
