Five fold lines on letter, two vertical and three horizontal; 12 staple holes, four on the left: 1.3 cm from left side and 9 cm, 10.2 cm, 16.4 cm, 17.6 cm from bottom; 8 staple holes on right: four at 5.3 cm from right side and four at 8.1 cm from right and 9.1 cm, 10.2 cm, 16.4 cm and 17.6 cm from bottom; slight discolouration of envelope along edges; top left corner has crease; 6 bumps on reverse of envelope - almost perforations
