Stomach pump and associated instrumentation in a velvet-lined case, consisting of: (a) brass pump with a round wooden plunger handle with female screw fittings at end and side; (b) wooden mouth screw; (c) mouth gag (?), a wooden bar with a large central hole and small hole at each end; (d) a wooden platform to hold the enema nozzle (h) and its fitting (j) in a vertical position; (e) stomach tube, a brass male screw fitting at one end, rounded end with holes at the other; the hose is covered in black and brown woven cloth; (f) a hose like (e), but with one male screw fitting and one female unthreaded fitting; (g,h) ivory enema nozzles; (i) fitting for nozzle, ivory, straight with a flared lip; female end threaded, other end (male) wrapped with thread; (j) ivory fitting for nozzle, angled at 90°; (k) polished mahogany case, brass plaque on lid, brass hinges, lock, lined with velvet with fittings.
