Solid ivory opium pipe (a) with sterling silver rectangular saddle and turned ebony wood pipe-bowl with decorative incised designs; pipe has ivory carved mouse on a bed of flowers and leaves; ivory is dyed with brown tones; pipe is made of three sections of ivory affixed together with an opening on one end and a decorative closed end; saddle is plain with simple border; turned bowl with decorative bands, slightly raised dome, two symbols of incised Chinese characters and silver fittings; inspected and confirmed that there is no opium residue.
