Rectangular mahogany case with a two-piece lid that fits over top of machine and down its front; inside of case at back left and extending to just beyond back middle is a control panel with four dials, two levers, and a gauge that measures milliamperes; at top front is a circular volt gauge and to the left of that is a circular plastic knob with an arrow on top; at extreme left of machine, toward the bottom and lying horizontally is another volt (DC) gauge and to the right of that is a circular plastic knob with an arrow on top; beneath the gauge on the right is a removable panel, and behind the panel are two canisters (c,d).
