Acquired from the Academy of Medicine; source: Misses Maud and Bata Fraser via Dr. G. Allan Pengelly, Willowdale, Ont.; used by Dr. John Bell Fraser (1855-1938) who practised in Brockville for one year.
#2: no chips or cracks in the glass; cork is whole but protruding from the opening by 0.6 cm; the label is yellowed but whole and legible; pills are whole; residue inside of vial; black deposit in centre of label and directly underneath the glass.
