S-curved, hollow tube, blunt tip, holes near tip (4 on each side, 5 on concave surface of curve); two wires on convex surface from tip to around 2/3 of the way to the end; screw mechanism forces them to and away from the tube (dilating); pear-shaped shield near the end.
