A diagnostic set consisting of an ophthalmoscope and an otoscope; (a) is a battery handle; (b) is a screw-on bottom piece to (a) with a spring; (c) is a piece to fit on the otoscope head, which has a light bulb and a movable lens, and is attached to the otoscope head, which is not numbered (identified by "?" on the accession sheet); (d) is a connecting piece to go between the green extension cord and the ophthalmoscope/otoscope heads; (e) is a green extension cord that plugs into the top of (a); (f) is a medium-sized speculum; (g) is a small speculum; (h) is a large speculum; (i) is an ophthalmoscope head with light, 24 lenses--+0.5 to +20, -1 to -20--on disc with knurled edge; (j) is a sturdy black leather case with blue velvet lining, and has compartments, a locking device, and no hinges.
