(a) Art print on heavy paper showing a water coloured sketch of the Ann Baillie Residence at Kingston General Hospital, created by local artist Trudy Doyle in 1971; the sketch shows the 1927 addition onto the original Nurse's Home; print framed (b) wood and glass frame with an inner beveled section covered with cloth; there is a black plastic-coated wire attached to the back to allow the picture to be hung.

(a) the art print shows no damage; (b) the frame shows some wear and minor chips and some staining in the area nearest the art print; the dust seal at the back has been done with masking tape which is now deteriorating
