Condition Remarks
some corrosion; stains on brass; oak shows green paint specks; #2: condition relatively unchanged; green deposits within inscription may be remnants of brass cleaner; the plaque was dusty; there were several fingerprint marks on its surface and a patch of inactive corrosion, 3.6 cm x 3.6 cm on the plaque's surface under the "E" in "FEBRUARY"; there were shallow scratches in the surface of the metal around a prominent fingerprint under the "N" of "IN," possible from a prior cleaning job; #3: wood and metal dirty.
