A lidded box (f) containing 5 glass bottles (a-e), with glass stoppers, of powdered allergen extracts, each bedded in a separate hole in a frame inside the box; contents of bottles printed on paper and taped to inside of lid; wooden frame has many empty holes for missing bottles.
