Clear glass moulded 'turtle' shaped feeding bottle with the neck curved up at an angle of approximately 25°; visible mould lines around sides, flat back and embossed manufacturer's logo of intertwined B and G and name of product, 'The Pet Feeding Bottle'; one opening designed for a cork closure; bottle modified from various modern pieces to replicate the orginal style of feeding through a long rubber hose and rubber teat for demonstration purposes; modified with cork stopper and 30.0 cm long clear plastic tube 0.6 cm diameter plastic tube ending in a circa1965 rubber nipple with bone or plastic disk surrounding it, and dark brown ring and short tube beneath, all inserted in hole made in the new cork.

Nov. 29, 2016: clear tube appears to be slightly yellowed (from age); Nov. 2006: rubber tube hardened and cracked; a piece has broken off inside; Aug. 2004: rubber is stiff; 1989: bottle has a small chipped area on the outside edge of the neck where a moulding flaw left a sharp corner edge; a few light scratches on back side; some water marks and brown specks inside; rubber nipple has darkened and has tiny brown spots; hardening and is starting to fracture in a couple of places
