Imprinted around circumference of circle: "ONTARIO MEDICAL ASSOCIATION // CENTENNIAL"; the image of a ribbon is below the upper portion of the circle and has, "CONCORDIA CRESCIMUS"; below that is the image of the Lamp of Learning, and below that is a coat of arms, with "1880" to the left and "1980" to the right; outside the circle and at the bottom of the banner is printed: "O.M.A. DISTRICT 11"
