Nov 2022 - overall good condition; wax model has some faint scratches, scuffs, and flaking on surface; paper label discoloured and with surface dirt; metal tack holding label (left side) slightly rusted, and right side missing and has been replaced with small metal nail.

Louis Niclet (1867–1924) was made official modeller at the Hôpital St.-Louis following the death of Jules Barretta in 1923. Niclet made 480 moulages in his career, all with great attention to detail.
