A black leather folding case (h) with purple velvet lining; dome fastener; case contains four vials of pills (a-d) with paper labels, two hypodermic syringe needles (e-f) and a hypodermic syringe (g) with metal casing and graduated metal plunger; the vials contain: (a) nitroglycerine 1/100 gr.; (b) ergotine 1/10 gr.; (c) morphia sulph. 1/4 gr.; and (d) atropine sulph. 1/50 gr.
