Research Facts
Copper sulfate (Bluestone) crystals has been used for copper deficiency and as an antiseptic, herbicide, fungicide and pesticide. It is moderatly toxic if ingested orally (lowest dose of atoxic effect on humans is 11 mg/kg). Eye contact with copper sulfate can cause conjunctivitis, inflammation of the eyelid lining, ulceration, and clouding of the
cornea.
