(a) Black cloth-covered wooden case with a lid which is hinged at the back and has two metal fasteners at the front; the inside of the case has burgundy satin and velvet lining and slots for storingan aspirator; (b-f) the aspirator consists of (b) a hollow cylindrical tube; (c) plunger; (d) end with in and out holes and (e-f) hollow tube caps; all of which attach by screwing on; (g) stopcock with a rubber plug around a central hollow tube which branches off into two tubes with open / closed switches; (h-j) tube attachments; (k-l) trocars; did not save case.
