(a) Boyle apparatus with attached tubing, shelf, and heavy glass plate covering drawer on bottom; wheeled; painted green metal; two pressure gauges; rubber hosing; two loose metal pieces in lefthand drawer; three loose plastic pieces in right-hand drawer; halothane vaporizer and monitored dial mixer attached; (b) metal part/attachment; roughly "T"-shaped with two movable parts; very heavy metal tubing, with one opening threaded; flat metal piece with screws; (c) on-off dial; circular, of grey metal with a dark green plastic edge; (d) small clear plastic tube with six ridges, three at each end, and a smooth middle section; (e) small plastic tube with six ridges, three at each end and a smooth moddle section; clear plastic; (f) small clear plastic tube with six ridges, three at each end and a smooth middle section.

Condition Remarks
(a) numerous scratches on painted metal surfaces; scratches and discolouration on non-painted metal surfaces; rubber tubing beginning to crack and dry out; glass on nitrous oxide pressure gauge warped, yellowed and pitted; remains of masking tape on working surface, and red "KGH 2" label; (b) shows considerable evidence of wear; metal along main shaft is pitted and scratched in several places; several scratches also on flat piece; circular movable part is scratched, discoloured and very worn; metal is turning green in a few places; screws are beginning to rust; (c) shows signs of wear; metal is blackened in places, especially on the back, as well as quite scratched, again more on the back; (d-f) no marks or scratches
