Condition Remarks
The rubber at the metal attachment points was significantly stressed and cracked; there was no sign of metal corrosion, the glass had no chips or breaks, and the rubber was still flexible; pieces that could once be removed could be no longer, due to the rubber deterioration; #2: rubber ripped close to metal attachment, glass vial, steel; #3: rubber requires special trateatment.
