Scissor-like instrument made up of two halves joined with a screw; the handles are straight with closed finger grips coming off each end; one handle has a caliper attached with a screw that passes through a groove on the second handle; the arms flare out and then curve in and out with a round, flat knob at the end facing outward; when the instrument is closed, the arms cross over each other and the knobs meet back to back.
