Donated by Pat Daniels, the nephew of the original owner, Queenie Cooke, Kingston General Hospital School of Nursing graduate, Class of 1927.
The autograph page, 64, has 6 handwritten signatures; the top right corner of the first page reads, "Queenie Cook" written in ink; the centre of the front cover has the Belleville General Hospital logo stamped in gold, as well as a logo reading "B.H.A."

Research Facts
The Belleville General Hospital School of Nursing had their first class graduates in 1895, of only five nurses. The classes grew over the years to as many as forty in a class. Their last nursing class graduated in 1970. Nursing education was a three year program.
