La Force adenotome, which consists of four parts: (a) blade holder/handle bottom; (b) blade holder/handle top with thumb ring; (c) finger rings; and (d) blade; all parts fit together to form an instrument that is long and narrow and curved with a round thumb ring and two round finger rings on the end and a rounded, scoop-shaped blade holder with a flat outer edge at the tip; the thin, flat blade moves in and out of the hollow scoop-shaped tip when the thumb and finger rings are moved up and down.

ALOE CO. // GERMANY" stamped into the metal just above the thumb ring; the inside of the handle has the number "57" stamped into the metal at the centre; (c) the finger rings have the number "57" stamped into the metal of the bar joining the rings; (d) none.
