Whole item exuded musty smell; (a) rubber degrading, appears mottled in places and fused together in others; velcro slightly dirty; dial in good condition; (b) bulb in good condition, but is no longer attached to (a); (c) white paint splatters on bag; stain on inside; #2: rubber and leather are deteriorating.
