(a) A rectangular cardboard box with a folding top; holds (b-m); printed label has a ten-pointed star on it; (b) rectangular sheet of paper with instructional information on xylocaine; folded in 8 sections; (c) rectangular cardboard holder made of two stacked rectangular boxes (three horizontal layers) and pierced with ten circular holes that fit the xylocaine ampoules (d-m); a fold of cardboard secures the ampoules in place; (d-m) cylindrical glass ampoule, half-filled with clear liquid; bottom is flat, while the top tapers to a long neck and rounded tip.
