Electric colorimeter, which consists of a rectangular metal base, an electric light source, and an upright split field observation scale. The light source is housed in a semicircular metal container with a flat blue glass filter at the front and a round electric cord attachment at the back; the electric cord has a woven thread covering and a bakelite-covered plug at the end; the front of the base has a glass-covered linen roll that has printed tables on it; the vertical observation scale has a single cylindrical eyepiece at the top, two cylindrical bakelite cups (one at each side of the eyepiece) and two adjustable square flat mirror holders at the bottom.

The comparator is not working; the thread covering the electric wires is disintegrating; one of the bakelite cups is broken in several spots; the mirrors at the bottom of the observation scale have both become detached and one is missing; #2: fabric cord frayed, wire exposed
