A reddish leatherette case (a) containing stelazine; the case is rectangular and seals with a single snap on the front; inside are clear plastic loops to hold the products inside and a pocket for holding paper; there are two sealed plastic cylinders each containing several blue pills and cotton (b,c); there is a sealed package containing two suppositories (d); there are also two sheets of paper, one with stelazine information (see attached photocopy) (e), and one with re-ordering information (f).

Dr. Bennett graduated from Queen's Meds in 1921. He was a general practitioner in Kingston and practiced medicine at 197 Queen St; He practiced from 1925 until his death in 1964; he had a certificate in obstetrics; Stelazine is used to treat nausea and vomiting.
