Purchased by Dr. Frank Mellow as a manual for the electrostatic generating machine 006.030.001 he used in his practice.
The front cover is blank but the spine has double gold lines printed on the top and bottom with "STATIC // ELECTRICITY // AND THE // USES OF THE // ROENTGEN // RAY // SNOW" then a 15 cm break and "CHATTERTON // NEW YORK " printed in gold ink in depressions on the cover for the letters.
