Metal stand and motor case scratched; black lacquer paint chipping off in spots; lacquer on motor case is dulling due to wear; exposed metal is tarnished; motor case exterior has a missing screw-on cap which exposes a spring; hand-piece scratched with minor paint chipping; oily residue on hand-piece's metal ring, inside drawer and inside motor case; cloth-braided cord for hand-piece has several minor tears; cloth-braided plug torn in the middle of cable; wires exposed and cord frayed at tear; plug missing cap and exposing wires; oil can tarnished and oily; pages from Popular Mechanics magazine thoroughly stained with oil; showing several rips.
