Bronchoscope which consists of a long hollow cylindrical tube with an open bevelled tip and a round open viewing end; the bottom of the tube has a narrow hollow cylindrical section that runs the entire length of the tube; the viewing end has an attached hexagonal piece with a rounded flat handle coming down from it, to create a handle; the top of the viewing end of the tube has a short hollow cylindrical tube coming up and off from it, with a rounded and open end.
The number "9" over the number "45" is stamped into both sides of the viewing end; the words, "PILLING-PHILA // U.S.A." are stamped into the right side of the handle
