Silver metal tongue depressor; horizontal flat oval top curves down vertically and then turns horizontally again; horizontal bottom section has ridges on underside, rounded flat circle at end that rests under the chin; circle is engraved with name of dentist, leaves and crown; adjuster hinged to vertical body, rests in ridges underneath horizontal section and adjusts height of chin rest.
