Research Facts
Dr Ralph and Mrs Olga Crawford donated their extensive Canadian dental collection to the DCF to create the museum in 1997; further donations were received while Dr Crawford was Curator Emeritus at the Dental Canada Museum until its closure in 2008; this item was donated by Dr. Dick Evans from Picton, Ontario; the tooth form set in a 1915 S.S. White catalogue shows their complete set comes with 150 tooth forms, and their partial set comes with 114; as the patent date on this set is 1910, and it includes only 80 forms, its manufacturing date can be narrowed to 1910-1915
