Between 1974 and 1986, many Coca Cola bottling plants had their 75th anniversaries, and Coca Cola gave each of them a 10 oz commemorative bottle for the occassion. This bottle was designed by Morton Brightwell, a Chattanooga gas employee. It copies the design of bottles from 1916.
