Three closed, hollow, cylindrical bottles (a-c) with flat bottom and straight sides which taper to a short neck that flares to a tear-shaped tip with rounded edge; (a) has a colour-coded band around the neck to distinguish its contents from the other two (b,c); these three ampoules fit into a rectangular-shaped box (e); the lid (d) is paper-covered cardboard with seams on the top edges; an identification label is sealed over top of the paper-covered cardboard on the front side; the lid fits onto the box bottom (e); this is a shallow, hollow rectangular box with three rectangular-shaped built-in dividers that fit in the box to hold the ampoules in an upright position; the box bottom is paper-covered cardboard with an identification label sealed over it; a further third label is sealed over top of the previous label and is also an identification label, but in a different format.
