Cylindrical wooden tube container (a) with lid (b); tube has yellow paper label wrapped almost around circumference, and a smaller cream colored paper label between its ends; within wooden tube was a cream colored single-sided printed information sheet (c) about the vaccine, its directions for use and its manufacturer; sheet was wrapped around an amber glass vial (d) containing a needle (e) and ten sealed glass tubes of liquid (f-o), two of which are broken; vial, needle, and sealed glass tubes remain in the wooden tube.

October 2023; Wooden container (a) is in good shape; labels are yellowed, torn, abraded, and wrinkled and are missing pieces; glass vial (d) is missing cork/stopper and has minor chipping around opening; needle (e) is rusted; two segments of the mini glass tubes are broken, possibly one tube broken in half, and contain minor orange residue at their sealed end.
To keep the sealed mini tubes in the larger brown glass tube from falling out, hot glue added to seal everything at top of tube.
