Adjustable wire splint, which consists of a piece of peanut-shaped mesh wire that has rounded ends and edges that are covered with metal strips; the splint is curved to fit a human body part (most likely a leg or arm); the splint has been bent and there is a break in the metal strip edging; there are two metal bands attached to the bottom of the splint that hold cloth straps; the straps are made of cotton woven into a long strip with a round end with metal edging at one end and a rectangular buckle at the other end.
