La Force's adenotome, which consists of a top piece (a) and bottom piece (b), which fit together with flat inside edges and rounded outer edges; the pieces fit together to form a long, curved instrument with a round thumb grip at the operator end and a scooped piece at the other end that has an open area at the bottom and two open slots at the top; (c) two round finger grips attached to a flat piece of metal attach to, and hold together, the top and bottom; (d) a flat flexible metal blade attaches to the end of the top and goes through the scooped end of the bottom; the blade has sharp edges and several holes punched into the area exposed by the open area at the bottom of the scoop.

Condition Remarks
The plating has worn in several small spots, especially where metal rubs against metal; very little corrosion is visible.
