A circular, puck-like head is attached to a cylindrical bar that is partially hollow; the face of the circular part has a thin metal plate that has three screws equidistant from each other; the top hole shows a number that can range from 1-29; at the base is a cross-like handle attached to a cogwheel inside of the circular part; this handle, when turned, causes the numbers that show through the hole in the face to change upwards or downwards, depending on which way the handle is turned; at bottom of cylindrical bar and inside the cylinder is a circular metal plate with a threaded rod in the centre; screwed onto the rod is a washer-like piece of metal; this whole portion slides downward into the cylinder when pushed and creates a certain amount of air pressure when depressed.
